Robert F. Valois, 70, on January 4, 2024

Robert “Bob” F. Valois, 70, of East Bridgewater, MA passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, January 4, 2024, following a long and courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
Born on January 31, 1953, in New Bedford, MA, he was the son of the late Alcide and Therese (Davignon) Valois.

As a proud resident of North Attleboro, he dedicated himself to his profession as a master electrician, successfully running his own electrical business. Bob found immense satisfaction in his work.

One of Bob’s most fulfilling roles was serving as the Scoutmaster of Troop 23 in North Attleboro for many years. He had a profound love for the outdoors, enjoying activities such as hiking, camping, and canoeing. Bob was a passionate Boston Bruins fan. He enjoyed his weekly bowling league at North Bowl for over 25 years. His greatest happiness was spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife Sandy (Allain) Valois, he is survived by his three children: Marc (Jenn) Valois of Lincoln, RI, Rob Valois of Milford, and Lori Valois of North Attleboro. He leaves behind cherished grandchildren Alicia and Connor, who brought him great joy.

In addition to his immediate family, Bob is survived by his sister, Diane Zine of Wareham, and brothers Maurice (Maureen) Valois of Ellenton, FL, and Roland (Suzanne) Valois of Dartmouth. He was predeceased by his brother-in-law, George Zine Jr.

Bob's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His legacy of dedication, warmth, and love will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to be a part of his life.

A Celebration of Life cookout to celebrate Bob will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at the WWI Memorial Park in North Attleboro.
