WORCESTER, MA - It saddens me to announce that our mother, Christine R. (Rogers) Blatchford of Gloucester, MA, passed away peacefully at the age of 86.
Chris was predeceased by her beloved husband Don Blatchford, with whom she spent twenty wonderful years, and by her two grandsons, Christopher and Jacob.
She is survived by her four children: Tracy, Kelly, Franky and Kathy, her sister Pat and several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Chris was an avid reader and loved writing poems. But her true passion was golf. Even achieving five hole-in-ones! However, what she enjoyed most was being in the company of her many friends here, in The Villages.
All will miss her beautiful smile and cheerful outlook.
