FRAMINGHAM – Brittany Leigh Pilling, 33, of Framingham, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 18, 2023. She was the beloved fiancée of Alexandra “Sasha” Sheremet of Framingham.
Born on February 8, 1990 in Attleboro, MA, she was a loving daughter of Erin L. (Erickson) Heroux and her husband Robert Heroux of Rehoboth and David A. Pilling, Jr. of Hudson, NH.
Brittany grew up in North Attleboro and Attleboro and was a 2008 graduate of Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro.
An avid New England Patriots fan, Brittany enjoyed bowling, loved her cats as well as all animals, and was a former member of the Colonial Piper bagpipe band. She loved watching the shows “The Office” and “Superstore”, enjoyed hanging out by the lake with Sasha, and spending time with her adoring family and friends. Her impact will continue to be felt by those who were fortunate to know her, and her memory will live on through the many lives she has touched. She will be sorely missed.
In addition to being survived by her devoted parents and fiancée, she was the adored sister of: Joseph D. Pilling and his fiancée Natalie Cusano of Woonsocket, RI; Alyssa Blakely of Lincoln, RI; Erica Conner of El Paso, TX; Amanda Nickerson of Georgetown, TX; Sarah Gloria of Lincoln, RI; and Emily Heroux of Austin, TX. She is also survived by her cherished grandparents: Ruth Pilling and David A. Pilling, Sr. of New Hampton, NH; Alva and Doris Erickson of North Attleboro; and Richard and Priscilla Heroux of Woonsocket, RI. She was the dear niece to twenty-two aunts and uncles, the much loved aunt to thirteen nieces and nephews, and cousin to many.
Visitation, to which relatives and friends are most kindly invited to attend, will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM in the Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in her honor by the Reverend David Costa on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM in Sacred Heart Church (Transfiguration of the Lord Parish), 58 Church Street, North Attleboro. Interment will follow in Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Towne Street, Attleboro Falls.
