Stephen “Tyler” Callaghan, 38, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at his residence in Attleboro. He was the son of Patricia E. (Wood) Callaghan and William H. Callaghan of Plainville.
Tyler, as he was known to his friends and family was an ironworker with Local 7 in Boston and loved what he did for a living. He was an avid fisherman and loved spending time with his young son Kaiden.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his son Kaiden of Plainville and the late Jackson Tyler Callaghan who preceded him in death. He is also survived by his brother Michael P. Callaghan and his wife Kaitlin and his beloved nephews Ryan and Noah all of Pawtucket.
Friends and family are most kindly invited to attend visitation, at which time they may say their farewells to Tyler, on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in the Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro. A prayer service will be held in the funeral home at the conclusion of the visitation at 7:00 PM. Interment at Mount Hope Cemetery and Arboretum in North Attleboro will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
