Ronald M. Carlson, Jr. 10/27/2017

RAYNHAM – Ronald M. Carlson, Jr., 54, of Debby Lane, formerly of North Attleboro, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017 in Sturdy Memorial Hospital, Attleboro.  He was the loving husband of Ann M. (Champagne) Carlson.

Born in Attleboro, MA on January 11, 1963, he was the son of the late Ronald M. Carlson, Sr. and Louise (Meyer) Parker and Steve Parker of North Attleboro.

Ronald grew up in Attleboro and North Attleboro and attended North Attleboro High School.  He moved to Raynham one year ago.

He was employed by Controlled Environment Structures, LLC for the past 15 years.

Ronald loved family get-togethers, as well as, music, kite flying, archery, photography, computers, fishing, and traveling.

In addition to his wife and parents, Ronald is survived by his children:  Skyler and Melissa (Harbachuck) Carlson of North Attleboro; Teegan Carlson and Chuck Ward of North Attleboro; and Jareth Carlson of North Attleboro.  His stepchildren whom he loved and treated as his own:  Paul and Michelle (Lewis) Barry of Farmington, NM; Michele (Barry) and Stephanie (Wynn) Logan of North Attleboro, and Elizabeth (Barry ) and Nathan McMorrow of Plainville. His sisters:  Dawn Downer of North Attleboro; Barbara and Steve Goodchild of North Attleboro; Tiffany and Peter Paz of Brockton; Wendy and Nathan Beasley of Georgetown, KY; and 8 beautiful grandchildren.   He also leaves his beloved uncle and aunt: Irving and Rachel Meyer of North Attleboro; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, extended family members and friends.

Visiting for Ronald will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017 in the Sperry McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street; North Attleboro from 1 to 4 p.m. followed immediately by a service at 4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers , due to allergies, the family has requested donations in Ronald’s name be made to Old Colony Hospice, Philanthropy Office, 321 Manley Street, West Bridgewater, MA 02379.
