ATTLEBORO – Patricia A. Millet, 64, of Attleboro passed away peacefully on Friday, October 6, 2017 at Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of Wayne Millet for over 43 years.

Born October 28, 1952 in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late Myron and Ann (Stover) Tallman.

Pat grew up in Warwick, RI where she was a 1971 graduate of Pilgrim High School. 

She worked at CVS for 14 years as assistant manager and then worked most of her career in Women’s Retail Clothing where she won numerous awards for sales and performance.  She held assistant manager position for several years before the store’s closing.

Pat and Wayne resided in North Attleboro for the first three years of their marriage and have since lived in Attleboro.  She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church in Attleboro.

Pat loved time spent with family and friends and helping others and making those around her happy.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Wayne and wife Brenda Millet of Bristol, RI; her two grandchildren, whom she loved and adored, Ava and Leah; her brother Michael Tallman and wife Evelyn of Johnston, RI and numerous friends.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, October 13 from 5-8 p.m. in the Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro.  Burial will be held privately at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia’s name to Lifespan Cancer Institute, 139 Point Street, Providence, RI 02908 or at Lifespan Cancer Institute

  • Wayne, Wayne and family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Pat was a ray of sunshine and one of the most kind hearted people I have ever known. I am so honored to have known her as I grew up through high school and college. So many wonderful and awesome memories! She will be deeply missed, but know she will aleays be with you, always.   • My deepest condolences…. Mrs. Millet was one of my fondest childhood memories, I remember the days of driving around in her red Camaro and the kind and thoughtful invites for dinner. She was always so sweet to me and her smile lit up the room. She tolerated the crazy ups and downs of me and “little” Wayne’s friendship offer the years. She will be missed but never forgotten!

  • Dear Wayne, how do I begin? I simply cannot believe sweet beautiful Patricia is no longer with us. I am deeply sorry for your loss. I know how close the two of you are together. Patricia loved you so very much and her thoughts often centered around you rather than herself. She had a heart of gold and one of the most beautiful and infectious smiles that always lifted everyone’s spirits! I will always remember her kindness, thoughtfulness, and concern for others during their times of need. She never put herself first but always cared about others and their heartaches.
    My life has certainly been blessed & enriched through knowing her and enjoying our friendship. We had many great times and laughs and I’ll always be grateful for those happier times. I miss her dearly.
