Today I learned  of the passing of your mom and your dad.  How I wish I knew sooner of your  great loss – it is a tremendous pain and you are all in my thoughts and prayers.  There is something so special  and precious  about the people we shared our lives with as children.  My arms are around you both and may you find strength and comfort  from family and friends.  You are so special to me even though  so many years have passed.  I truly believe that those who knew us when we were young occupy a very special unbreakable  bond.  Love to you both and your families.
    God bless

Thank you for the beautiful words.  It truly has been a very sad and emotional time for all of us.  Now we are in the process of selling the house and that has proven to be very emotional as well.  So many memories from Roosevelt Ave that we  will never forget.
Childhood friends are truly special and I thought of you often when I was staying at my parents house when they were ill.
Hope all is well with you and your family.

  • So sorry to hear about your mother so soon after your father’s death.  They are both in a better place now with God in heaven.  My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time.

  • Sue, Carol, Brian, Claire and Ron,
I am so sorry to hear about your mother. Your mother, like your father, was an amazing person. I think back to when I met all of you, Sacred Heart school. Your mother at all the church events with her great smile. Both of them with their calming demeanor. Always great to be around. The world will be a little less sunny without them but, like most of us, they’ll always be in our best memories.
