Jeanne C. Stevens, 91, formerly a long time resident of South Attleboro and North Attleboro, passed away peacefully at Marian Manor of Taunton. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank H. Stevens who passed away in 1989.

Born on December 17, 1931 in Attleboro, MA, she was a loving daughter of the late Nelson I. Riley and Ruperta E. (Berry) Riley.

Jeanne grew up in North Attleboro and was a 1950 graduate of North Attleboro High School.

She worked as a telephone operator but her predominant role in life was as a wife and mother, lovingly making a home for her family.

She is survived by her devoted sons: Eric N. Bonin and his wife Rita of Cleburne, TX and Mark O. Bonin and his wife Sissy of Laurel, MD. She leaves her cherished grandchildren: Joshua Bonin of Columbus, OH, Paige Fritz of Omaha, NE, Mark Bonin, Jr. of Laurel, MD, Lisa Bonin of Laurel, MD and Steven Bonin of Laurel, MD. She was the great-grandmother to 7.

She was the sister of the late Doris Baker and Geraldine Goldman.

Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 11 AM in the Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro, with the Reverend Kelly Thibeault officiating. Interment will follow the service in North Purchase Cemetery in Attleboro, at which time Jeanne will be laid to rest with her late husband, Frank. Relatives and friends are most warmly invited to attend.
