Patricia Ann Finnigan, 77, of Attleboro, a former longtime resident of North Attleboro, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Morton Hospital in Taunton, MA. She was the beloved wife of the late Leo P. Finnigan.

Born on June 5, 1945 in North Attleboro, MA, she was a loving daughter of the late John and Gladys (MacGinnis) Glennon.

Patricia grew up in North Attleboro and was a 1963 graduate of North Attleboro High School.

She was employed by FM Global Insurance in Norwood and retired after 25 years with the company.

A single mother who put herself through school, she enjoyed giving back to her community through volunteer work with the Red Cross, teaching Sunday School and serving as a former president of Greater Attleboro Women of Today. She also loved reading and bowling. Her favorite times were those spent in the company of her adoring family.

She is survived by her devoted daughters, Sherri Prest of Attleboro and Kelly Rivard of Attleboro. She also leaves her cherished grandchildren, Joseph McCormick and Jordan Rivard.

A time for visitation will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2023 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro. A service will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM with the Reverend Pamela Corcoran officiating. Interment will follow in Paine Cemetery, North Attleboro. Relatives and friends are most warmly invited to attend.
