Charles E. "Bud" Savage, 67, on July 14, 2022

North Attleboro – Charles E. “Bud” Savage, Jr., 67, North Attleboro passed away Thursday, July 14, 2022 in Providence, RI after a lengthy illness. 

Born October 30, 1954 in Attleboro, he was a son of the late Charles and Jeanne (Plouffe) Savage.

Bud grew up in Plainville and attended King Philip High School in Wrentham.  After high school he moved to North Attleboro.

He worked as an equipment operator in the construction industry for various companies, most recently at Depco in North Attleboro and previously for Plainville Pump, Iacuzzi, Monroe and Issaia.

Bud loved spending time with is family at family gatherings. He also enjoyed time spent with his friends at the VFW in North Attleboro and was an excellent cook.

He was a skilled stained-glass designer and enjoyed camping around various sites in New England.  He was also an avid fan of New England sports, particularly the New England Patriots.

Bud is survived by his siblings: Charlene Fontneau of Buffalo, NY, Debbra Floyd of Port St. Lucie, FL, Byron Savage of Brockton, Holly Verardo of North Attleboro and Diane Savage of Lowell; and many nieces and nephews.  He was brother of the late Betty Issler, Elaine Floyd and Linda Corrigan.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 5 from 4-7 p.m. at Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro with a service immediately following visitation at 7pm in the funeral home.  After services, families and friends are welcome to the VFW hall at 50 Jefferson Street in North Attleboro for food and fellowship collation.
