NORTH ATTLEBORO - Gilbert A. Bouchard, 59, of North Attleboro, passed away suddenly on May 19, 2022.

Born in Fall River, MA on May 15, 1963, he was a son of the late Edward A. and Emilienne T. (Desrosiers) Bouchard.Gil was an employee of Costco Wholesale in Avon, MA for over thirty years.

He enjoyed spending time with his children, playing with the family dog, "Bentley", sitting on the beach, enjoying the outdoors, reading, movies, and Batman. A member of the North Attleboro Historical Society, he was active in the local community.

He is survived by his son, Matthew R. Bouchard, and daughter, Kaitlyn T. Bouchard, both of North Attleboro, his sister, Suzanne Jackson and her husband Gregory of Little Compton, RI, his brothers, Roland Bouchard of Minneapolis, MN, Charles Bouchard and his wife Carol of Conover, NC, and Raymond Bouchard of Mansfield, and also leaves many nieces and nephews.

Visitation, to which relatives and friends are most kindly invited to attend, will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 10 AM to 12 noon in the Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home, following the visitation, beginning promptly at 12 noon.

Gil will be laid to rest in Saint Mary's Cemetery in Mansfield at a later date.
