NORTH ATTLEBORO – Betty Ann M. Precourt, 92, a longtime resident of North Attleboro passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Brentwood Nursing Home in Rhode Island where she has lived for the past 3 and-a-half years.

Born August 23, 1929 in Attleboro, she was a daughter of the late Aime and Melina (Giguere) Precourt.

Betty Ann was a 1948 graduate of North Attleboro High School and managed her brother, Normand’s, gift shop for many years.

She was an animal lover and rescued many cats.  She loved dancing and music and the beaches of Dennisport on Cape Cod.

She is survived by a niece, 2 nephews and several cousins.

She was sister of the late Norman, Eleanor and Donald.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 20 at 1pm at St. Stephen’s Cemetery in Attleboro.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the North Attleboro Animal Shelter, 43 South Washington Street, North Attleboro, MA 02760.
