NORTH ATTLEBORO – Robert Kanoff, 67, died Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital.  He was husband of Josie Persechino.

Born March 9, 1954 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Irving and Alice Jean (Curie) Kanoff.

Robert lived in Philadelphia throughout his life until moving to North Attleboro in retirement.  He was a graduate of Washington High School in Philadelphia.

He worked as a salesman and later Senior Vice President in the toy industry.  Robert worked his way up from a stockboy at a local toy store to becoming the top toy salesman in the world and Sr. Vice President at Galoob and was featured on 60 Minutes.

He was passionate about all Philadelphia sports teams, but especially loved the Phillies and professional wrestling: WCW, WWE and WWF Wrestling.

Above all he loved spending time with his children and grand children.

In addition to Josie, he is survived by two sons: Ryan Kanoff and wife Velesia, Andrew Kanoff and wife Erin; and three grandchildren: Dylan, Victoria and Ryleigh Kanoff. 

Services will be private.
