David Allen Cote, 61, of Attleboro, passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021 at home.

Born in San Antonio, Texas on July 6, 1960, he was a loving son of the late Alice H. (Morse) Cote and the late Frederick J. Cote, Jr.

David moved to Massachusetts along with his family at the age of ten years old and was a 1979 graduate of Attleboro High School.

He was a longtime employee of Easton Pool and Spa in Easton for many years and formerly worked at Star Pools in Wrentham.

A motorcycle enthusiast, David greatly enjoyed riding and visited a multitude of Hard Rock Cafes over the years in search of lapel pins for his vast collection. He was also an avid New England Patriots football fan and loved spending time at Horseneck Beach in Westport, MA.

He is survived by his daughter, Alyssa Joy Cote of Amherst, MA and his son, Aaron Joseph Cote of Providence, RI. He was the brother of Lawrence P. Cote of Attleboro, Robin West of Luling, TX, Tim Boggus of Gonzales, TX, John Cote of Norton, MA and Barbara Cote of North Attleboro.

He also leaves many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was the brother of the late Dorothy Harriman, Cynthia Meanie, and Bonnie Cote.

Visitation, to which relatives and friends are most kindly invited to attend, will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021 from 4-7 PM in the Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro. A funeral service will be held at the conclusion of visiting hours, beginning promptly at 7 PM.

Interment will be held at a later date.
