FOXBORO – Robert J. Squire, 64, of Foxboro passed away Friday, August 20, 2021 at home. 

Born August 12, 1957 in Boston, he was a son of the late Ralph and Alba (Picillo) Squire.

Robert spent the early part of his life in West Roxbury and lived most of his life in Foxboro and Mansfield.

He was a longtime employee doing Warehouse work at the Ames Warehouse in Mansfield for 22 years and then janitorial work at Stop & Shop in Foxboro for the past two years.  He also worked part-time at Jimmy’s Pub in Mansfield for several years.

Robert loved watching TV, reading stories on his phone, music and walking.

He is survived by four siblings: Ralph Squire of Norton, Nancy Lyford of Plainville, Russell Squire of Foxboro and Gail Squire of Norton; also several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, August 26 from 5-8 p.m. at Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro.  A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 27 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home followed by burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Foxboro.
