Constance J. “Connie” Silvia, 86, of North Attleboro, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, July 28, 2021. She was the beloved wife of Robert Silvia.
Born in Biddeford, Maine on September 18, 1934, she was a loving daughter of the late Roland W. and Mildred C. (Quinn) Sylvester.
She was a longtime employee of the Whiting & Davis Company of Plainville, until her retirement and was a member of several organizations including the VFW and the Elks Lodge.
Connie loved visiting with her family and friends, always ready for a conversation with anyone she met. Her bright smile and beautiful blue eyes would light up everyone whom she came in contact with. She was well known for baking her delicious holiday cakes and breads, sharing them with all of those who were fortunate enough to have known her. She will be greatly missed.
In addition to her husband of 23 years, Robert, she leaves her son, Michael Boyer and his wife Sally of Shirley, MA and their children Daniel and Lauren, her daughter, Debra Boyer and her fiancé George Chretien of North Attleboro and their children, Danielle and Christopher. She also leaves her four beautiful great-grandsons, Anthany, Braxton, Landen and Chase, all of North Attleboro. She also leaves her sisters, Pricilla and Joan of Biddeford, Maine and her brother, Raymond of Laughlin, Nevada and many nieces and nephews. She loved them all with her whole heart.
Her funeral service, to which relatives and friends are most kindly invited to attend, will be held on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 12 noon in the Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro. Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 10 AM.
Interment will be held privately at a later date.
