LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL – Patricia Donley, 82, of Lakewood Ranch died peacefully on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at home surrounded by her family after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of John J. Donley for over 50 years.
Born March 13, 1938 in Fall River, MA, she was a daughter of the late Frederick D. and Margaret Mary (McNulty) DeMarco.
She was the loving mother to Colleen Reed and husband David Reed of Florida and Michael Donley of Massachusetts.
Patricia lived many years in North Attleboro, MA and later Osterville, MA before moving to Florida in her later years. She was a 1958 graduate of North Attleboro High School.
Throughout her married life she enjoyed boating and traveling the world.
In addition to her husband and two children, she is survived by her siblings Fred DeMarco and wife Pat of Attleboro, Margaret Khorey and husband John of Seekonk, MA, George DeMarco and wife Marybeth of Englewood, FL, Elizabeth Velletri and her late husband Andy of North Attleboro. She was sister of the late Francis DeMarco.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, March 12 from 6-8 p.m. at Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Patricia’s birthday, Saturday March 13 at 11 a.m. at St. Martha’s Parish, 227 South Street (Route 1A), Plainville. Burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Attleboro Falls.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia’s name may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, One St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
