David Philippe Parenteau, 66, of North Attleboro, passed away on January 15, 2021 at home.

Born on January 14, 1955 in Attleboro, he was a loving son of Eileen (Gamache) Parenteau of North Attleboro and the late Roger Parenteau.

David grew up in North Attleboro and was a 1974 graduate of North Attleboro High School.

He was employed by Publix Supermarket in Florida for over 20 years.

David loved movies and was particularly a fan of anything starring John Wayne, Star Wars, and Disney movies. Always willing to lend a helping hand, he was a very caring man.

Besides his loving mother, Eileen, he leaves his dear brothers: Paul Parenteau of Utah and Steven Parenteau of North Attleboro. He was the cherished uncle of Jessica (Casey) Petersen of Utah, Nathan Parenteau of North Attleboro, Amanda Parenteau of North Attleboro, and Ashley Bushfan and her husband Marc of Middleboro. He was the great-uncle of Brinley Petersen of Utah. He was the cousin of Debbie and Paul Fyfe of Attleboro. He also leaves his former sister-in-law, Diane Parenteau of North Attleboro.

A graveside service, to which relatives and friends are most kindly invited to attend, will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 10 AM in Notre Dame Cemetery in Pawtucket, RI where David will be laid to rest.

Visitation has respectfully been omitted.
