NORTH ATTLEBORO – William V. Napolitano, 97, of North Attleboro passed away Friday, January 25, 2019 at Madonna Manor in North Attleboro.
Born June 27, 1921 in New York City, he was a son of the late Vincenzo and Angelina (Serena) Napolitano.
Bill grew up in metropolitan New York City and Long Island. He lived in Canterbury Woods in Attleboro from 2015 and has been a resident of Madonna Manor since 2017.
He was a veteran of the United States Army in World War II and worked as a technician for several HVAC companies in New York before retiring.
He was an avid golfer.
He is survived by his two sons: William K. Napolitano and wife Roseann of North Attleboro and Michael P. Napolitano and wife Geraldine of Port Jefferson, NY;
Four grandchildren: Lisa Furtado and husband Kenny of North Attleboro, Billy Napolitano of Charlotte, NC, Michael Napolitano and fiancée Karissa Barron of North Attleboro and Dr. Nicole Napolitano and husband Mark Geraci of Stony Brook, NY;
And four great-grandchildren: Kayli and Kyle Furtado and Christian and Grant Geraci.
Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, February 4 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, 14 Park Street, North Attleboro.
