We extend our deepest condolences to the Resendes family and friends. The Holy Scriptures give us comfort and hope. Our lord, Jesus Christ said in John 5:28: “Do not be amazed at this for the hour is coming in which all those in the “memorial tombs” will hear his voice and come out.” Knowing of a resurrection and being able to see our loved ones again in the near future can give us comfort and hope. • Dear Diane, Paul and grandchildren, my prayers are with all of you during this sad time. However, I know with a certainty that Grace is now beyond all pain and resting peacefully in the arms of her beloved Savior, Jesus Christ. She was truly a saint while on earth and is now a saint in heaven. God Bless all of you.

  • I only met Grace one time when I delivered Meals on Wheels to her. I believe it was the first day she received them and she was the highlight of my day. She was certainly a spirit filled person brimming with love and warmth. She gave me a big hug as I was leaving and I left feeling lifted up just having spoken to her. I pray you find comfort in your memories and knowing that she now rests in eternal peace.

  • So very sorry for your loss. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. Grace was a very special lady.
