PLAINVILLE – Eunice Marian “Auntie” Clark, 92, of Plainville passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. She was the wife of the late Dr. Calvin Wilkins and Albert Clark.
Born September 14, 1925 in Milford, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Esther (Wentzel) Aldrich.
Eunice grew up in Franklin and was a 1944 graduate of Franklin High School. She attended Burdette College and worked as a bookkeeper for Kendall Mills in Walpole for 10 years. She also worked as a bookkeeper for Commercial Press in North Attleboro for 14 years and the Sentry Company in Foxboro and the North Attleboro Veteran’s Office.
Eunice was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in North Attleboro and a member of the Plainville Grange, Plainville Senior Center and the Live Y’ers at the Hockomock YMCA.
She is survived by her sister, Joan Haskell of Wrentham;
Nieces and nephews: Richard Haskell of Foxboro, Steven Haskell of Barre, VT, Pamela Hunt of Lincoln, RI, Donna Pezold of Bridgewater, NH, Cynthia Haskell of Binghamton, NH and Carolyn Haskell of Stockton Springs, ME; many great and great-great nieces and nephews;
And two cousins: Ida Hood and Susan Sobolewski.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, April 19 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro. A funeral service will be held following visitation at the First United Methodist Church, 20 Hoppin Hill, North Attleboro at 11:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery & Arboretum, Attleboro Falls.
