FOXBORO – Francis James Dullea, Sr. born on July 29, 1930 in Boston, MA departed this Earth a devoted father, friend and a hero on December 21, 2016.
 
He earned 2 Bronze Stars while serving his country in the Korean War and was an avid pool shark. He loved reminiscing about the “old days” growing up in the South End of Boston.
 
He moved his family to Foxboro, MA in 1967 where he continued his career in commercial and residential painting. “Frank” was a cherished friend and mentor and will be greatly missed by many.
 
He is survived by his 4 children; Tracy Juliano, Kelly Dullea, Frank Dullea Jr. and Kathy MacLeod. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren; April, Veronica, Rachel, Jonny, Jacob, Adam, Olivia, Elizabeth and his 4 great–grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, brother, sister and his grandson, Christopher.
 
Frank will be laid to rest with military honors at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, MA.
 
The family will be gathering on his birthday to celebrate his life. Arrangements and online condolences are entrusted to Sperry and McHoul in North Attleboro, MA.

We laid you to rest today daddy It was bitter sweet. It was a small personal beautiful service. I know your going to love it there with your fellow vets. I am proud to be your daughter! You were always such an amazing dad, my best friend.Thank you for always being there for me and loving me unconditionally . I want to send my deepest condolences to the Dullea family. We can all agree your Dad was a great man and was a man I always looked up to. I have so many great memories hanging out at your house when we were kids. I apologize for the lateness of this message and for being so out of touch with everyone.
